We aim to become a leading force in EDI consultancy, recognised for creating emotionally engaging, intersectional solutions that empower organisations to foster meaningful, long-lasting inclusion.

Who are we?

Louise & Tanya

Louise Lyons-Appiah and Tanya Marwaha are the dynamic co-founders of a unique, youth-led Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) consultancy; Synkora Consulting. Our vision is to provide fresh, lived-experience-driven insights to help organisations build inclusive, resilient, and psychologically safe communities.

Tanya and Louise both met as young mental health campaigners whilst at university as volunteers on Beyond’s Youth Board. Since then, we have not only developed a strong friendship, but also a collaborative synergy combining lived experience and professional skill sets. This combination has proven to lend itself to a unified and successful working relationship, this has been particularly complimented on by our previous clients.
