Synkora Consulting is the first youth-led Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Training and Consultancy. We feel that current EDI solutions in the market often fall short in creating meaningful change due to:
Lack of emotional connection: Many programs fail to engage participants on a personal level, limiting their effectiveness.
One-size-fits-all approaches: EDI solutions are often generalised, ignoring the unique intersectional needs of different communities.
Tick-box mentality: Organisations approach diversity initiatives as a compliance requirement rather than an opportunity for meaningful transformation.
Limited focus on collective responsibility: Traditional solutions target specific groups rather than encouraging a shared commitment to inclusion across the entire organisation.
